Seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker with heavy commercial experience to join our team.
Salary $90K + commission / bonus
Qualifications :
- Current Virginia Brokers license
- 5 years of experience with commercial transactions
- Deep knowledge of market trends, local laws / regulations, negotiation
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree and / or Auction experience a plus
