Outlets at Castle Rock in CO is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Tech to keep our center in good repair. Do you have experience with hand tools? Would you like to work with a great team of hardworking people? If so, please read on!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots to the standards set by center management for acceptable maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles as directed by the Director of Operations.
• Perform a variety of field maintenance tasks, such as roof repairs, pothole patching, irrigation repairs, paver resetting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, teak furniture refurbishment, painting, concrete repairs, etc.
• Set up for marketing events including tents, tables, chairs, stage, etc.
• Install holiday décor using boom lifts, forklifts, and ladders.
• Snow removal using shovels, equipment, and commercial backpack blowers.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
• Support the custodial and security staff as directed by the Director of Operations.
• Interacts professionally with the public, vendors and center staff; maintains effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
• Possess complete working knowledge and familiarity of all center Emergency Procedures and work protocols.
• Maintain a safe and organized maintenance shop making sure equipment and supplies are easily accessible.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
