We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, coordinating with vendors, overseeing demand planning, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Logistics Manager, your key duties will include :

1. Overseeing the management of all logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.

2. Managing relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

3. Coordinating with vendors to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services, resolving any issues that may arise.

4. Implementing and overseeing demand planning processes, using data and analytics to forecast future demand and ensure that we are always prepared to meet our customers' needs.

5. Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to health and safety, customs, and environmental sustainability.

7. Providing leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the role of Senior Logistics Manager, you will need the following :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics management role within the manufacturing industry.

2. Proven experience managing 3PL providers and coordinating with vendors.

3. Strong knowledge of demand planning processes and techniques.

4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team.

5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure.

7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.

8. A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
