Customer Planning Leader

The Customer Planning Leader is a high-impact, strategic leadership position responsible for building and scaling world-class customer collaboration planning capabilities across ResMed's Americas supply chain. This role will champion the transformation from traditional, siloed planning to a fully integrated, collaborative, and data-driven approach delivering greater supply chain agility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

The key to success in this role is strong engagement with business leaders, ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as being an integral liaison point between the front-end functions (Product and Sales & Marketing) and back-end functions (Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance).

Reporting to the Regional Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning - Americas, this is a unique opportunity to shape ResMed's future supply chain and commercial partnerships, driving lasting change and best-in-class performance across the region.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is :

$113,000 - $171,000
