Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Corporate Governance to join our legal team at JLL's global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. This role requires a regular office presence (2-3 days per week) and will serve as a key member of our corporate governance function.

The successful candidate will provide critical support for JLL's corporate governance framework, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Serve as primary relationship manager with Computershare, our third-party corporate governance and compliance vendor
• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, including Section 16 reports, proxy statements, Forms 8-K, and other required disclosures
• Monitor and ensure compliance with NYSE listing standards, SEC regulations, and other applicable requirements
• Implement governance best practices and stay current on evolving regulations and standards

Estimated total compensation for this position : 125,000.00 150,000.00 USD per year
