Senior Construction Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects, guiding your team of project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in MEP systems, renovations, project controls, and client management , along with the ability to drive financial performance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers to ensure project performance, timeline adherence, and achievement of key metrics.
• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, contract negotiation, and resource allocation.
• Oversee client and subcontractor relationships, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and conflict resolution.
• Drive financial success by analyzing budgets, preparing proposals, monitoring costs, and implementing project recovery strategies when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and codes for project controls, procurement, field operations, engineering, and commissioning.
