Production Operators
Temp to Hire
$16.50 / hr
7 : 30AM - 7 : 30PM
(10) C Shift (this shift works Wednesday - Saturday one week and Thursday - Saturday the next.. For 7 total days in a two week period)
Overview
The Production Operator is responsible for operating the machinery required for the production of solar panel products.
Responsibilities
1. Work in strict accordance with the requirements according to the process SOP, using the skills acquired during training.
2. Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the work area and surrounding areas and the standard placement of items.
3. Work seriously and responsibly, behave, and dress in compliance with company rules and regulations.
4. Complete machine production capacity indicators as required and actively strive to ensure superior product quality and output.
5. Before each shift, hand over the machine status, raw materials, work-in-progress, and tooling fixtures and provide machine status report.
6. Check the product quality of the previous process and monitor current process.
7. Complete the production registration for each time period, summarize any abnormal impacts and report to the team leader in a timely manner.
8. Participate in company safety training, identify hazard sources, understand emergency procedures, and implement production safety during the manufacturing process.
9. Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Education / Experience
High school diploma required.
Competencies
Acceptable level of proficiency in communication to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
Capacity to quickly learn required skills, such as basic office equipment and selected company software programs.
Ability to comprehend and interpret simple figures and text.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player.
Work Environment
The work environment for the position includes workshop production floor.
