Work from home with TurboTax Product Expert

  • Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
  • Get a $405 Certification bonus³
  • Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday⁴
  • Earn an additional $5 / hr from April 9–15 for all hours worked
  • Fast 24 hour Certification³

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

  • Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
  • Earn a $405 Bonus just for participating in getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert³
  • $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost : Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
  • Certification takes place over 3 days
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday⁴
  • Minimum 25 hours per week required, want to work more? Go for it!¹
  • You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate

    • Required Experience & Skills To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following :

  • This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
  • Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
  • The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
