Role Overview

This Project Manager will lead two key workstreams : capability planning and delivery model development. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise AI roadmap, managing the use-case inventory, and building prioritization frameworks. The role ensures AI hubs are integrated into delivery models to maximize reuse and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Planning Workstream

• Develop and maintain the AI capability roadmap, ensuring proper sequencing and alignment across hubs.
• Translate AI strategy into actionable plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Manage and update the use-case inventory (over 400 opportunities), categorizing and aligning them with enterprise needs.
• Create and implement a prioritization scoring framework in collaboration with governance and business teams.
