About the Role
We're seeking an experienced CAM Engineer to prepare and optimize customer PCB data for manufacturing. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure every job is accurate, compliant, and ready for production.
What You'll Do
- Process jobs in Genesis or similar CAM software
- Review customer data, drawings, and purchase orders
- Create production tooling and documentation
- Generate drill, rout, and LDI outputs
- Validate specifications and ensure compliance with IPC standards
- Apply approved data modifications
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
What You'll Need
5+ years of PCB manufacturing experience (CAM or related field)Proficiency with Genesis or equivalent CAM toolsKnowledge of rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB technologiesFamiliarity with IPC standards (IPC-6012, IPC-6013, etc.)Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Manufacturing TechnologyExperience with ERP systems (e.g., ProCim)Background in process improvement or Lean manufacturingCompensation & Benefits
