Inventory Clerk Position

Our client is seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Operations & Maintenance Division, supporting the building maintenance teams by managing inventory, processing invoices, and working within our Inventory Management system.

Job Title : Inventory Clerk

Location : Tampa, FL

Pay Range : $17

Shift : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Receipting invoices and verifying accuracy of incoming shipments

Inventorying parts and supplies in the storeroom

Utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management System to track and update inventory records

Placing orders for maintenance parts and supplies to support building operations

Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with enterprise management systems

Ability to pass a criminal background check
