Job descriptionArchitect and develop systems to simulate, analyze, and evaluate conversational AI agents (voice + multimodal). Design resilient, scalable infrastructure with AWS (Lambda, EC2, Websockets, SIP) to handle thousands of real-time conversations. Build algorithms and pipelines that surface insights, detect failure modes, and ensure AI agents are safe, reliable, and aligned with human intent. Work directly with customers to deploy, refine, and test product features in production. Take ownership of features from conception to deployment, maintaining clean, maintainable systems. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll design infrastructure, build features end-to-end, and work directly with customers to refine and deploy the product in real-world environments.
