About the Role

As a Founding Engineer , you'll be one of the first hires beyond the two co-founders-giving you the opportunity to help define our technology, product, and culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do :

• Build and scale AI-driven voice applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate directly with the co-founders to define the product roadmap and technical architecture.
• Develop infrastructure to evaluate and deploy large language models (LLMs) in real-time voice environments.
• Interface with early customers to deliver high-impact solutions and incorporate feedback into development cycles.
• Take ownership of core systems-everything from backend APIs and voice pipelines to front-end dashboards and devops tools.
• Contribute to hiring, team processes, and culture as an early technical leader.

We work in-person at our San Francisco HQ Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM , with occasional weekend work during customer launches or intense development cycles. This role is high-responsibility, high-reward-you'll be the third member of a lean, high-velocity team with direct visibility into everything from product feedback to investor updates.
