Director of Nursing RN

Are you looking for a rewarding career in Skilled Nursing?  Avantara Mountain View, in Rapid City, South Dakota is currently seeking a compassionate and professional Director of Nursing (RN) who will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the dynamic and highly qualified Unit Managers and Administrator to drive the overall success of the facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
• Nursing experience; preferable in the long-term care setting.
• Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
• Must reside in Rapid City, South Dakota or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to Rapid City, South Dakota.
