Position Overview : Ensures and monitors the safety of patients, members, and therapeutic staff by preventing and responding to emergencies. Assists pool patrons, patients and therapy staff as needed. Checks in members and / or patients, maintains the pool deck / locker rooms, and monitors pool operations. Provides the highest level of customer service by complying with safety guidelines, regulations, and good practices to our patients and our members.

Job Description : Education :

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• HS Diploma or equivalent education / experience

Pay Range is $24.00 to $30.00 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
