  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish and nurture client relationships using various strategies (in-person, virtual, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Thoroughly assess and address clients' needs and goals to foster trust and develop tailored financial plans.
  • Manage branch processes and uphold high standards for client experiences while adhering to regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with your branch team to create and adapt a business plan that enhances branch effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Foster an engaging team environment characterized by mutual trust, respect, and accountability.

    Compensation Overview :

    Your earning potential grows significantly as you build your business. Our compensation program for new financial advisors includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for five years, commissions, and incentives for new assets acquired during this period. The starting supplemental salary range is $45,000 to $100,000.

  • Successful Candidates Will Also Have :

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in financial services.
  • Experience in financial services or sales roles.
  • Financial services licenses or certifications.
  • A testament to both professional and military career advancement.
  • Licensing Requirements :

  • SIE (can be obtained independently), Series 7, and Series 66 are needed; registrations can be acquired during paid training at Edward Jones.
  • FINRA registrations must be obtained within three months, alongside necessary state insurance licenses.
  • Consistent professional development through ongoing training is mandatory to maintain compliance.
