Responsibilities

• Documenting all knowledge-based information, processes, and procedures.
• Serve as a Technical Writer in the Service Desk and in other OIG areas for the documentation of OCIO support and services.
• Design / create / maintain technical and knowledge-based documentation including (but not limited to) :
• Knowledge Repository
• OIGNEWSLINK Articles
• Process / Procedure Documents
• Online Help
• User guides
• White papers
• Requirements documents
• Use cases
• Documentation of items escalated to OIG Tier III and Engineering personnel
