Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant must be a detailed-oriented person with a heart to serve at Cornerstone Chapel and the ability to work efficiently in a changing environment. This individual will demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in all interactions with congregants, volunteers, and staff. He or she will seek to perform all duties as unto the Lord, relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance, and completing all tasks with excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 required; 21 preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred

Essential Functions
Works alongside the Director of CCBI and Assistant Pastor to support the ministriesEffectively communicates with manager concerning any needs, issues, or concernsCommunicates effectively with congregants, CCBI students, and staffOperates office equipment such as computers, printers / copiers, and phone systemsCollects credit card receipts and expense information from managers and submits to accounting for reviewCreates, maintains, and enters information into reports and databasesCollects information and coordinates events / meetingsAssists in enrollment of CCBI studentsEnsures class curriculum materials and supplies are organizedCoordinates the volunteer pipeline for the ministriesProvides assistance and support to K-group leaders and K-group attendeesAids in the preparation of K-group discussion materials
