Location : Reading, PA Employment Type : Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule : Typically, Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (may vary based on operational needs)

Position Overview :

As a Warehouse Associate w / CDL, you will play a critical role in ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and delivered safely to our customers. This position combines warehouse operations with commercial driving responsibilities, offering a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight.
• Maintain inventory and order information using the company ERP system.
• Assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Perform general warehouse tasks, including organizing, loading, and unloading materials.
• Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles (GVW over 26,000 lbs.) in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip reports, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with operations and promptly address any delivery issues.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and properly equipped for safe operation.
• Observe traffic laws, weather conditions, and company safety guidelines at all times.
