We are a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 firm seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our Orange County location. We offer flexibility for remote candidates.

This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful affordable housing and tax credit-related projects while advising high-profile developers and investors. A portable book of business is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
