Overview

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking Engineering Managers for Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and I&C disciplines to join our team. This role supports projects across the company, coordinating with module fabrication and construction teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and innovative designs that meet client expectations and Kiewit's legacy of excellence. Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead and oversee engineering teams across disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, civil, electrical). Provide direction and mentorship to engineers and subconsultants to ensure successful project execution.
• Strategic Market Development : Identify DOE and commercial nuclear market opportunities, key clients, partners, and risks. Define bidding strategies and set annual bid / award revenue targets. Analyze market trends to guide strategic direction and potential service expansion.
• Client Engagement : Maintain consistent engagement with key client decision-makers, teaming partners, and affiliate organizations. Lead technical meetings and discussions to build trust and align on project goals.
• Capture & Proposal Support : Collaborate with proposal and marketing teams to develop winning deliverables (proposals, brochures, presentations). Contribute to positioning efforts for key project pursuits by identifying technical differentiators.

The position is located in Lenexa, KS, Oak Ridge, TN, or Lone Tree, CO.

Compensation

Base Compensation : $201,000 / yr - $211,000 / yr. (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and location.)
