Lead MTR Consultant

A company is looking for a Lead MTR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop a field visit plan with the project team in India

Lead the collection and analysis of primary data, ensuring methodological rigor and effective team collaboration

Prepare and finalize the MTR report, integrating feedback from relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Advanced university degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, or a related discipline

At least ten years of relevant experience in evaluating or managing agriculture or natural resource management projects

Working knowledge of English (level C)

Experience in leading evaluations of complex projects

Knowledge of FAO and GEF procedures is an asset
