Position : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Hybrid Model | Bronx, NY

Salary : $80,000–$95,000 annually

Location : Bronx, NY (Hybrid Work Model) (Once a week on-site)

Applicants must already be enrolled in Medicare / Medicaid in New York .

Position Overview :

Join a compassionate and collaborative behavioral health team serving the Bronx community. As an LCSW, you will provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and care coordination to promote client wellness and recovery in a hybrid setting.

✨ Key Responsibilities :

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual and group therapy

Perform crisis assessments and triage services

Facilitate care coordination and community referrals

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Support holistic client wellness and recovery goals

✅ Requirements :

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

Active LCSW license in New York (NY)

1–2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting

Must be enrolled in NY Medicare / Medicaid
