Account Manager
As an Account Manager in our Software Sales team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include :
- Serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Driving customer retention while engaging in upselling opportunities and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Guiding new customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand and maximize the value of our product.
- Tracking customer success metrics, usage trends, and potential churn risks.
- Identifying customer pain points and collaborating with the product team to inform future feature development.
- Conducting software demonstrations, managing contract negotiations, and closing sales.
- Fostering lasting relationships with top enterprises, industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses across various sectors.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a SaaS or technology company.Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, lead identification and drip campaign emailing tools, SalesLoft, etc.A talent for innovative and customer-focused solutions, with exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability.Requirements :
Demonstrated experience in account management and sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DC, Virginia, or Maryland area.Innovative, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.Education :
