Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
Required Qualifications
4+ years of HRBP experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Google Suite
