Location : Kingman, Arizona | Employment : Full-time | Salary : $115k–$175k based on experience + Discretionary Bonus
Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a skilled NP or PA to join our Kingman office. We’re looking for clinicians who already call Kingman home—or are ready to make it their long-term community —to provide comprehensive orthopaedic care in a small-town setting.

- Work alongside experienced orthopaedic NPs and our physician team
- Provide care for a broad range of orthopaedic patients, including those with :
Total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)
Spine conditions (acute injuries, chronic back / neck pain)Sports medicine injuriesUpper extremity injuries (hand, wrist, elbow)Lower extremity injuries (foot, ankle, knee, hip)Fractures, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, and general orthopaedic conditionsProvide pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and conservative treatment plansFlagstaff physicians regularly visit the Kingman office to evaluate and work up patients requiring advanced care beyond what the NP / PA team can manage in the clinicEnjoy a small-town lifestyle with a close-knit, supportive team and communityPerks & Benefits :

Requirements :
