Job descriptionA safe, responsible, and dependable driver with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. A people person who enjoys making guests feel at ease and appreciated. Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Able to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) with ease. What You'll Do
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from O'Hare International Airport and nearby destinations.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring every ride is comfortable and stress-free.
- Assist guests with luggage, always handling with care and professionalism.
- Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and in top condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Support the front desk and guest services team with special requests or information.
- Uphold all traffic laws, safety standards, and hotel procedures at all times.
