JOB SUMMARY

The comfort advisor is responsible for generating leads, and evaluating customers' needs for the HVAC, Generator and Plumbing division. This role is commission based ranging from 60k - 100k and requires good communication skills and HVAC knowledge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Meeting the client's needs and wants while meeting the minimum budgeted sales as determined by management's plan. The company depends highly on the Comfort Advisor's ability to convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems.
• Leads are valuable assets of the company and should be treated as such :

Maintain a closing ratio on technician-generated leads of 75% or higher.
