Job Details

• Salary : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Store Address : 7523 NE Hwy 99 Suite A Vancouver WA 98665
• 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Living Quarter
• Onsite living available after 90 days of successful probationary period (not immediately available); hourly pay rate changes with onsite living
• Full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week; availability between 9 AM and 6 PM including Saturdays

Average Day

As a Property Manager, you will start by preparing for opening, ensuring everything is clean and in working order, and conducting a property walk through. You will assist customers with storage needs, handle rental agreements, and process payments. You will perform regular property inspections and ensure safety and security measures are in place, engage in virtual meetings and training, and close with end-of-day procedures. The role supports a work / life balance that allows five days a week with Sundays off and a daily end time of 6 PM.
