TITLE : Software Engineering Manager - Canoe Data Products & Labs
LOCATION : New York City (hybrid) or Fully Remote in the United States
SALARY : $160,000 - $190,000 base, plus equity (based on NYC, will be adjusted for geo)
The Role :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead our newly formed Alternative Market Products Lab team responsible for Canoe Labs and Data Products. The ideal candidate will have experience using AI to develop and release application prototypes, demonstrating a strong ability to translate innovative ideas into tangible products. This role is an exciting opportunity to build a team culture and systems focused on rapid innovation, requiring a leader who can foster a collaborative environment, guide a team of talented engineers, and drive the successful execution of projects from concept to deployment.
