We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to join our adult outpatient behavioral health team in Tucson, AZ. What You’ll Do
Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care)Address co-occurring conditions alongside behavioral health needsCollaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate careMonitor progress and modify treatment goals as appropriateMaintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Engage in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing educationWho We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fieldActive Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT), or license-eligible within 90 daysTwo or more years of post-graduate clinical experience preferredTraining and experience in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed careFamiliarity with treating adult clients and co-occurring disordersCompetent using EMR systems and clinical documentation toolsStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetReady to Apply?
