Business Analyst

This position works closely with the Supplier and Logistic Operations , and the Customer Service Operation's Team to track down core issues that may arise in the IT systems, operations, and / or vendors' backend. You will assess the data and recognize the problem and / or issue. The expectation is that they then develop potential solutions to drive resolution. Solutions may include new system requirements, bug fixes, and / or changes to operating procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations, performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with product manager, marketing, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to support decision-making across departments.
• Translate data into actionable strategies to optimize customer experience, logistics, marketing, and website performance.
• Support the development of new features and improvements to our backend systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Improve results by recommending process improvements; providing continuing measurements and analyses.
