A company is looking for a Director of Authorizations and Client Intake.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the client intake process and ensure a smooth transition for new clients
Manage the authorization process for insurance providers and track authorization statuses
Supervise and train intake coordinators and administrative staff while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience managing staff
Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake and authorization processes within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and insurance reimbursement practices
Proficient with CentralReach and GSuite applications
