About the position

As a Solutions Architect, you will be a specialist in Azion products, capable of translating and interpreting market trends and business challenges into scalable solutions. Acting as a Trusted Advisor, you will ensure best practices in the use of our platform and support the success journey of our clients.

You will validate, test, and debug complex issues related to clients use of Azions systems, and research new technologies to deliver tailored solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you must be committed to scalability, performance, high availability, and security best practices, ensuring success across various industries such as Finance, E-commerce, Media, and Education.

You are highly technical, client-focused, and able to communicate complex concepts clearlyboth in writing and verbally. You understand enterprise environments, argue from a technical perspective, and inspire confidence. You stay up to date with Azions platform and market innovationsand most importantly, you take initiative and chase results.

• Actively participate in the planning and structuring of integration projects;
• Integrate client systems with Azions platform, guiding and configuring environments when necessary;
• Be the go-to expert for Azion products and solutions;
• Support Customer Growth teams in guiding clients through their success journey, including resolving questions and engaging with Product and Engineering teams;
• Support Technical Support teams by acting as a platform expert;
• Identify and propose improvements in both processes and productswhether driven by customer demand or internal insights;
• Research and propose effective solutions for complex and non-standard use cases (corner cases).
