A company is looking for a Product Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to align user needs with product priorities
Lead product program management for planning, launching, and rolling out new features
Build and manage a Voice of the Customer program to consolidate feedback and inform roadmap decisions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or product-facing roles in high-growth technology companies
Proven track record in building or leading product operations or customer strategy functions
Strong analytical background to translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into actionable insights
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments
Bonus : Experience with marketplace, contributor / contractor networks, or AI / ML / data platform businesses
