Reliant Medical Group is seeking a physician with primary care background and a focus on geriatrics  to join our innovative and cohesive practice in either the Greater Worcester region or MetroWest communities of central Massachusetts . Our ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults .

You will :

• Have a panel of geriatric patients.
• Provide primary care to our most frail and at-risk elderly patients.
• Have the option of being entirely office-based or a hybrid model with office-based and home-based time.
• Have flexible schedules with significant autonomy.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers as part of the larger geriatric team.
