Summary :

This position runs through the 2025 calendar year. The Instructional Designer Technical Writer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation. This role bridges technical expertise with learning theory to produce materials such as work instructions, quick reference guides, and job aids for a range of audiences within the manufacturing industry.

Accountabilities :

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and translate it into clear and concise content.
• Develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, work instructions, process flows, troubleshooting documents, and instructional videos.
• Use documentation platforms (Adobe, Microsoft Word) to develop and publish content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, format, and terminology across all documentation and training assets.
• Maintain version control and documentation accuracy through regular audits and updates.
• Support project rollout and product launch efforts with training and reference documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
