Weed Man, the largest franchised lawn care company in North America and the #1 franchise in lawn care, is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team in Boston, MA.
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns, and providing accurate lawn analyses in your route, while offering amazing customer service at all times.
Fully trained technicians make between $800 and $1200 per week for full-time work.
Responsibilities
Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and performing other professional applications
Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service
Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes
Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Proven time management
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
Professional appearance
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required
