Job Description

Ensure that all Board activities are aligned with the Aparecio Foundation's mission and goals.

Evaluate effectiveness of all Board activities.

Be attentive and take note of any possible safety issues or illegal activity.

Ensure that all activities of the foundation are in accordance with government laws and policies set forth by the foundation.

Take necessary corrective action if any policies or laws are violated.

Investigate any compliance issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

At least two to four years of experience working with non-profit organizations.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience in enforcing policies and procedures.

Excellent oral and communication skills.

Passion for women's education and economic opportunities.

Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player.
