Job Responsibilities : (may include and are not limited to)

• Reporting directly to the Director of Fund Administration, you will lead critical financial reporting initiatives, with the opportunity to use your expertise to drive Paralel’s success.
• Understand, prepare, and review financial statements and shareholder reports for registered funds, including supporting documentation, in compliance with US GAAP.
• Work closely with the Fund Controller to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial statements and shareholder reports as well as address changes to the reports.
• Assist the Fund Controller with audit questions related to the financial statements and shareholder reports.
• Understand and manage client expectations, in conjunction with the Fund Controller, as it relates to financial reporting.
• Responsible for the ongoing evaluation of financial reporting processes to implement enhancements, improve automation, develop, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Research and interpret accounting policies.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work under intensive deadlines, work autonomously, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership on individual projects with little to no supervision.

Skills and Qualifications :

Compensation Range :

$110,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other factors. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, industry experience, certifications, and other factors.

Other Compensation :

Performance bonus eligible
