Crystorama is seeking a multidisciplinary Digital & Graphic Designer with strong visual instincts, refined technical ability, and a passion for elevated, modern design. This role directly supports our marketing, PR, and creative initiatives—spanning digital, print, social, web, and campaign execution.

We’re looking for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings a polished aesthetic aligned with the interior design and luxury home industries.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital and print assets supporting brand campaigns, product launches, trade events, and social platforms.
• Create Instagram graphics, stories, and reel layouts—and schedule content using planning tools.
• Build email graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns and trade communications.
• Develop digital advertisements for Meta, Pinterest, and programmatic placements.
• Assist in the creation of website banners, homepage graphics, and supporting web assets.
• Produce print-ready designs for catalogs, brochures, lookbooks, showroom signage, and event collateral.
• Assist various internal departments with ongoing graphic needs across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Collaborate with and support the Design Manager, PR Director, and Creative Director to ideate and produce materials for company-wide initiatives.
• Utilize (or be willing to learn) AI tools, prompts, and automation workflows to streamline design and content creation.
• Support basic video editing and reel creation, using mobile or desktop apps to prepare simple short-form content.
• Prepare and deliver final files for both digital and print production with precision and consistency.
