Job descriptionWork closely with various departments to ensure tasks are completed timely Answer inbound calls and inquiries from customers, clients, and guests Greet and assist onsite personnel Draft correspondences and other formal documents Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel) to input and share data Plan and schedule appointments and events Assist with basic office duties such as faxing, filing, copying, etc. Perform all other office tasks as needed Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Computer and typing skills MUST be dependable and have excellent attendance!
Customer Service Representative
PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing client in the University Park, IL area. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE position, and a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is interested in learning a multitude of responsibilities within an office environment. Tons of opportunity for growth!
1st shift- 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
$18 / hr
You will perform clerical and administrative functions and provide support in various roles, including but not limited to :
- Customer service
- Human Resources
- Accounting
- Data entry
