PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company located in Lockport / surrounding area. This is a TEMP TO HIRE position with a pay rate $18 / hr+ DOE. This position will be responsible for maintaining relationships with all existing and new customers.

Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all company product including but not limited to product specifications, standard operating procedures, prices, promotions, and other info as required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and friendly via phones and emails.
• Assist clients to choose products to meet their needs.
• Enter orders into systems and make sure the order is completed to customer's satisfaction.
• Collect payments from customers and review customers' accounts regularly.
• Recognize parts codes & sizes and assist customers with returns and replacements.
• Obtain customer feedback and complaints, provide solutions to solve the problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and organize customer files and records.
• Make phone calls or emails to bring old customers back.
• Attract potential customers by providing products and service information.
• Report customer needs and request to management, recommend potential products and services.
• Other duties as assigned.
