We're hiring a Marketing & Community Manager to join a fast-growing wellness brand that's redefining how people engage with health, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation. In this role, you'll build, grow, and nurture the brand's online community while driving engagement through influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and storytelling across digital platforms.

Accountability

As a Marketing & Community Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to cultivate meaningful engagement, expand brand presence, and transform followers into loyal advocates. You'll own the community-building strategy while driving influencer and ambassador initiatives that strengthen connection and trust.

Here's how you'll make an impact :

Community Building & Engagement

  • Build and execute a digital community strategy that fosters connection and advocacy.
  • Manage daily interactions across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute interactive community initiativessuch as challenges, Q&As, or live sessionsthat inspire participation.

Influencer & Ambassador Programs

  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners who align with the brand's mission.
  • Oversee influencer seeding, contracting, and campaign management.
  • Coordinate product gifting and sampling programs to support awareness and advocacy.
  • Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • Manage the brand's content calendar across social, email, and community channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that educates, entertains, and inspires the target audience.
  • Integrate community insights and feedback into content and campaign planning.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay current with social trends, emerging platforms, and digital engagement best practices.

    You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, and operations to ensure community initiatives are aligned with brand goals.

    At Oceans, you'll also receive guidance and support from our Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you're continuously growing and developing in your career.

    Skills & Qualifications

    At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individualsthose who bring deep expertise in one area, paired with broad curiosity and collaboration. As a Marketing & Community Manager, your vertical focus will be on community engagement, influencer marketing, and content execution. Your horizontal focus will include analytics, collaboration, and campaign strategybridging creative storytelling with measurable outcomes.

    To excel in this role, you should have :

  • Experience : 46+ years in community management, influencer marketing, or brand engagement roles, ideally within a D2C or lifestyle brand.
  • Engagement Expertise : Proven success in growing active online communities and managing creator or ambassador programs.
  • Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build authentic relationships.
  • Creativity : Strong storytelling instincts and a pulse on social trends and cultural moments.
  • Organization : Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytics : Experience measuring engagement, sentiment, and community ROI using social analytics tools.
  • Bonus skills :

  • Background in wellness, health, or consumer-focused digital brands.

  • Role Specifications

    This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
