Mutual Fund Analyst – Fund Activation & Servicing

About the Role

We’re hiring a Mutual Fund Analyst to join our Fund Activation & Servicing team. This is a great opportunity to build your expertise in mutual fund operations while supporting the onboarding, settlement, and maintenance of open-ended mutual fund accounts. You’ll work across NSCC platforms (Matrix and FundSERV) and partner with teams in operations, risk, and technology to keep processes running smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Open and maintain mutual fund accounts through Matrix, FundSERV, and manual forms
• Support settlements and share movements related to corporate action events
• Manage account updates, audit requests, and wiring instruction changes
• Investigate and resolve daily settlement discrepancies and exceptions
• Reconcile custody positions against fund statements for accuracy
• Process stock power requests and account transfers
