This is a Full-Time position for its on-going commercial / industrial construction projects in Jacksonville, Florida . Open to Hybrid / Remote Work

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop high performing estimating team
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Conduct material-take offs and develop cost estimates within the commercial and light industrial construction industry
• Actively involved in negotiating or scope clarifications with subcontractors to get the best number
• Contribute in construction business development by establishing strategies to achieve budget goals
• Coordinate with all the stakeholders from time to time
