Onsite Only : Temp-to-Hire Call Center Representative

Location : Onsite Only Milwaukee, WI Mandatory Paid Training | 3 weeks $17.00 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Hours : Training and working hours are full-time, 8 AM-4 : 30 PM (or last call waiting in queue), Monday-Friday. No weekends.

About The Role

As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for :

  • Answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
  • Handling standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment.
  • Utilizing multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and documenting each call.
  • Responding to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures.
  • Gathering information, and researching / resolving inquiries.
  • Informing callers about the services available and assessing caller's needs.
  • Requirements to be successful in this role you will :

  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
  • Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
  • 2 years customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the US.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00.
