Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for client and executive meetings, including agendas, scheduling, catering, and materials.
• Provide on-site support and deliver a high-touch experience for guests and internal teams.
• Manage templates, resources, and Salesforce campaigns to track meetings, attendees, and results.
• Support field marketing events—sourcing venues, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and updates in Asana, Salesforce, and Marketo.
