Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising 4 maintenance technicians in an apartment complex over 2 properties
  • Will respond back to things that need to be fixe, prioritizing with the staff on what needs to be fixed in order of emergency
  • Will ensure all PO’s are received and updated
  • Will deal with vendors on quotes and proposals for ongoing projects
  • Will order supplies and make sure that all scheduling of maintenance is being delegated to the staff
  • Will mentor, coach, train and help out the techs with difficult projects that are ongoing

    • Key Requirements

  • Experience managing apartment facilities maintenance personnel
  • Apartment maintenance experience is needed
