Management Analyst (IT & Platform Administration)
Drodex is seeking a Management Analyst (IT & Platform Administration) to support a high-visibility, high-impact office within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is responsible for the nation's public health preparedness and emergency response.
Created in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, ASPR leads the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the adverse health effects of public health emergencies and disasters. In 2022, ASPR was elevated to an Operating Division within HHS, enabling it to mobilize coordinated national responses more efficiently and effectively.
Today, ASPR is leading more high-consequence, no-fail missions than ever before. We continue to evolve to be even better prepared to address future health threats and protect national health security.
The Management Analyst (IT & Platform Administration) will directly support the Office of Data, Analytics, and Information Advantage (ODAIA) and its Division of Operational Data and Analytics (ODA). This individual will play a key role in managing critical data platforms such as Tableau, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, providing operational and administrative support to enable ASPR's mission-critical data and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities :
Operational and Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to ODAIA leadership and staff.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and document workflows across divisions.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and meeting materials for leadership review.
- Support interagency coordination by preparing meeting agendas, notes, and after-action summaries.
Platform and System Administration
Support administration, configuration, and maintenance of Tableau Server, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 environments.Assist with user access provisioning, permissions, and security compliance.Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.Partner with analysts and engineers to ensure stable, secure, and effective data operations.Data Analytics and Documentation Support
Develop and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track program metrics and support data-driven decisions.Ensure all documentationreports, SOPs, and policiesare clear, accurate, and current.Maintain data and content management systems, ensuring alignment with knowledge management best practices.Coordination and Communication
Support leadership by coordinating communications and scheduling across divisions and partner organizations.Facilitate collaboration through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other ODAIA platforms.Contribute to ongoing process improvements for data workflows and reporting efficiency.Training and Compliance
Complete all required personnel training activities to meet contract and security requirements.Adhere to ASPR and federal IT policies, data security standards, and records management protocols.Qualifications : Required Education :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Required Experience :
46 years of relevant professional experience in IT administration, data analytics, or technical project coordination.Hands-on experience with Tableau Server, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 platform management.Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, documentation control, and workflow management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other collaboration tools.Required Clearance :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance.Desired Qualifications :
Tableau Server Certified Associate or higher certification (preferred).Experience supporting federal or public health IT environments.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with knowledge management, workflow automation, or data visualization processes.About Drodex :
